Mike Martin specializes in performing market analysis to help value our REO assets. Mike forecasts market trends working with several REO clients throughout the entire disposition process. Marketing vacant assets requires the extra effort that only consistent policies, systems and procedures can deliver in order to maintain the minimum marketing time that clients demand. A few of the basic responsibilities Mike performs includes applying these systems to securing and maintaining the team’s bank owned properties and Identifying the requirements for asset preservation, coordinating vendor services and acting as a direct liaison between the client and buyer’s agent to ensure stellar communication and a positive and successful closing.
