Taking My Social Network to Roost in Rancho Cucamonga

Roost in Rancho Cucamonga

Take a Look at Roost in Rancho Cucamonga

I’ve been working this evening on setting up my Facebook Fan Page to better engage and educate my Rancho Cucamonga Facebook visitors.  In looking for a way to add local homes for sale to my page, I just ran across a Real estate technology company called Roost Inc. that has just launched a new real estate application designed to help real estate agents build their presence on Facebook.

Their Social Real Estate application was quick, easy and free and includes a Rancho Cucamonga Market Snapshot. It took me minutes to add their “Real Estate” tab that displays local market data to my Facebook Fan Page.

It has information on Market Trends, local school information and some walkability data.  It even included a few Active Listings in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Stop by and give me your opinion when you get a minute.  Become a Fan while you’re there so you can keep up with my progress and give me some constructive tips and advise.

I Just Learned to Blog on ActiveRain

I just took one of the ActiveRain live online blog training sessions with Steven.  It was awesome!  I just gained a new respect for the art of blogging and I’m really looking forward to blogging every chance I get.

Thanks Steven for the knowledge and the inspiration.  Now that I just learned to blog, I’m a woman on a mission!  I’ve got a hundred new ideas on topics to blog about, I know what topics to avoid like the plague; I learned about ocular stimulation (I just like how that sounds) how to link, what to link, how much to link and just got a better understanding of the most coveted information of all . . . the mysteries of the Google Page Rank!

Active Rain was my first!  Before Twitter, FaceBook or LinkedIn, I fell in love with ActiveRain. But for years, I just stood by and lurked.  It took me a long time to really get into blogging, but now that I just learned to blog, I’m really excited to get off the fence, learn more and get much more involved.

P.S.  Check out where this blog post  I just learned to blog  just landed!!!
